This makes it even more tempting to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simplifyingthemarket.com\/2020\/12\/30\/why-selling-your-house-on-your-own-in-2021-is-a-mistake\/?a=375140-ca8522ad04357da9549c08492a932f70\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">FSBO<\/a><\/em>. As a result, some sellers think selling their house will be a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simplifyingthemarket.com\/2021\/02\/24\/how-much-leverage-do-todays-house-sellers-have\/?a=375140-ca8522ad04357da9549c08492a932f70\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">breeze<\/a> and see today\u2019s market as an opportunity to <em>FSBO<\/em>.
