In other words \u2013 <strong>rents are rising fast. <\/strong>And the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtor.com\/research\/2022-national-housing-forecast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><em>2022 National Housing Forecast<\/em><\/a> from <em>realtor.com<\/em> projects prices for vacant units will continue to increase this year:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201cIn 2022, we expect this trend will continue and fuel rent growth.
